Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using LeadVeda (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.

2. The Service

LeadVeda helps businesses capture, nurture, and route leads using AI agents, workflows, and messaging channels including WhatsApp and Instagram via Meta’s APIs. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

• Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your workspace.
• Provide accurate business and contact information.

4. Acceptable use

You will not:

• Violate law, Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business / Commerce policies, or Instagram policies.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive content.
• Abuse rate limits, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with other customers.
• Upload malware or attempt to access data you do not own.

5. Meta integrations

Connecting WhatsApp or Instagram requires a valid Meta Business / Developer setup. You remain the controller of your Meta assets and must comply with Meta’s terms, including opt-in, messaging windows, and prohibited content rules. We act as a processor/service provider for message delivery and automation you configure. Meta may suspend API access; we are not liable for Meta outages or policy enforcement.

6. Your content

You retain rights to leads, knowledge docs, and messages you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. You warrant you have the rights and consents needed to process contact and messaging data.

7. AI outputs

AI-generated replies and workflow suggestions may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing high-stakes communications and for decisions made from Service outputs.

8. Fees

Paid plans, if offered, are billed as described at purchase. Meta, carriers, and third-party AI providers may charge separately; those fees are your responsibility.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadVeda and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim (or USD $100 if none).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or prolonged inactivity. Sections that by nature should survive (including 6–10) survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
